Take the boneless chicken in a mixing bowl and to it add soya sauce, vinegar,tomato sauce pepper powder, chili powder, egg, corn flour, maida and salt. Marinate it for 30 mins.
Take a kadai and heat the oil. Deep fry the chicken pieces and drain of on the kitchen tissue.
Take another pan and heat oil on high flame .To it add chopped garlic and saute for 2 mins. Next add onion, green chili and capsicum and saute for another 2 mins.
Next add soya sauce,tomato sauce and chili sauce.Also add chili powder and pepper powder and saute for 5 mins.
Take a 1 cup water and to it add corn flour make a syrup.Lower the flame and add this mixture to it.
Keep on stirring on low flame until it boils. Next add the fried chicken to the mixture.
Saute it for 2 mins and switch off the flame. You can add a little bit of pepper if you want more spicy gravy. Adjust the sauces according to you taste.
Transfer it to a serving bowl and sprinkle some spring onion. Your Homemade Chilli Chicken Gravy Recipe is ready. Serve hot with fried rice or chapathi.
