Marinate the chicken with vinegar ,ginger paste ,salt and tumeric powder for minimum 1 hour.
After marination you will see water comes out from it. Next heat the pan and boil the chicken till the water is dried up and the chicken is cooked
Take a pan and heat 2 tbsp of oil. Next add roughly chopped onions to it. Saute it till it becomes light pink color. After that add kashmiri chilli powder ,and tumeric and saute till its raw taste is gone.
Then add the chicken and saute it in low flame for around 30 to 45 mins till it becomes dry. Add more oil if needed.
Once the chicken becomes brown and dry switch off the flame.
Heat 1tbsp of oil in a kadai on medium heat. Add chopped green chillies and fry them approximately for 2 to 3 minutes.
Transfer the chicken in a serving bowl and garnish it with the fried green chillies.
Your Indian ginger chicken is ready. Serve hot with Fried rice ,naan or chapatis
