This easy gluten-free chocolate cake is super simple, and has the perfect texture. You won’t know it’s gluten-free! It’s my favorite gluten-free chocolate cake recipe and it will be yours too. And it makes the best gluten-free birthday cake!
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
Rice Flour: 1 cup
Cocoa Powder: 2 tbsp
Baking Powder:1/2tsp
Baking Soda:1/4 tsp
Sugar :3/4 cup
Wet Ingredients
Curd :3/4 cup
Butter/Oil:1/4 cup
Vanilla Essence:1 tsp
Method:
Seave the dry ingredients and mix well. In another bowl mix the wet ingredients. Then slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and beat well. Take the cake bowl and apply butter and then add the mixture to it.
Take the cooker and heat it in slow flame.Place a stand and put the cake bowl on it.Close the lid without the gasket. Bake the cake for 50 to 60 mins in low flame.Please note do not open the cooker for atleast 45 mins. After 50 mins open the lid ad insert a toothpick into the cake.If it is not sticky your cake is done otherwise cook it for another 10 mins
After it is done take the the cake out and let it to cool. Place a plate on top of it and top the cake upside down. Your gluten free eggless cooker cake ready.
